General Terms and Conditions

Pitches are available from 12.30pm onwards on your arrival day (no pitching before 9.00am of after 8.00pm unless by prior arrangement)

Pitches are to be vacated by 11.30am on your departure day - please ensure all your items are removed: refuse, tent pegs etc.

Arrivals must check in at reception before pitching

Full site fees are payable by cash or cheque (with guarantee card) on arrival

Specific site areas/pitches may be requested, but we unable to guarantee your requests

All deposits and site fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations or alterations must be advised of in writing.

Full payment is required if cancellation is received within one month of your arrival date.

We regret no refund is given if you vacate your pitch prior to your confirmed departure date. Once a booking is confirmed you are legally obliged to pay the balance owing.

Please note Parkland does not allow dogs

BBQ's are permitted on site, but must be raised from the ground as not to damage the grass or hedges. Open fires and digging is strictly prohibited.

All persons under 16 years must be supervised when using site facilities, including the play equipment. Please be responsible for your children.

Waste disposal is by allocated service only, additional charges apply on site.

A speed limit of 5mph must be adhered to at all times.

Under 18's and groups are accepted on site when accompanied by a responsible parent/guardian. Groups are by prior arrangement only.

Parkland reserves the right to refuse admission and/or terminate any booking at any time.

Parkland accepts no responsibility for inconvenience, loss, damage or injury to person/s or property.

All facilities/terms are subject to alteration without prior notice.

Site office hours are from 8.00am - 8.30pm only.

Seasonal

Parkland recommends that awnings are taken down when not in use

Please do not use the underneath of your caravan as a storage area when not in use

Please ensure your caravan has adequate security

All caravans/contents are left at owners risk

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct insurance for your caravan and contents

Please ensure you have a gas check once a year

Parkland accepts no responsibility for inconvenience, loss, damage or injury to person/s or property

All other site rules and standards apply as specified on site
